Truck Loading Optimization System
This is a unique truck loading optimization system designed to distribute weight inside a 22-ton truck body with maximum accuracy, taking into account the load on each axle.
The company manufactures wooden pallets for goods and ships them across Europe. Previously, truck loading calculations were done manually on paper. Now, an employee can perform these calculations in real time on a computer with an accuracy of up to 1 kilogram.
We also implemented QR code generation and a mobile scanner, allowing the employee responsible for loading to scan the cargo and adjust the weight when needed. This is especially important because wood can gain or lose weight depending on the season.
The system helped the company speed up workflows by 50% and improve truck loading efficiency by 30%.
